Spicy Ferments (PCC SE)

Use the natural process of fermentation to create your own spicy (and healthy!) condiments. Mealtime will never be the same! Review the basic processes involved in fermenting, while you make several of your own spicy treats to take home.

This class is being offered through Portland Community College’s Community Education program in the Summer 2018 term at PCC’s Southeast Campus.  It is CRN #33972 and more information can be found here.
