Introduction to Water Bath Canning (PCC SE)

Make your favorite fruits and veggies last by turning them into pickles or preserves using the science of water bath canning. We’ll discuss safety, equipment and reliable resources, all while working through the process together in class.

This class is being offered as a part of Portland Community College’s Fall Term. If you haven’t taken a class from PCC before, you’ll need to start from their Registration page. Once you have an account, you can sign up for course number 48045.
