Do you love spicy food? There are so many ways to transform those hot peppers from your summer garden or farmers market into long-lasting spicy goodness. We’ll discuss options for safely canning, quick pickling, fermenting, dehydrating and even best practices for freezing hot peppers. We’ll also discuss safety, equipment and reliable preservation resources beyond this class. You can expect to go home with hot pepper jelly, pickled peppers and fermenting hot sauce for your own pantry. (Class price includes supplies.)
