Basic Vegetable Fermentation (PCC SE)

It’s amazing what a little salt, some well-chosen spices and a bit of time can do to a vegetable. Learn the basic processes involved in fermenting almost any vegetable, while making your own jars of sauerkraut and kimchi to take home.

This class is being offered through Portland Community College’s Community Education program in the Fall 2018 term at PCC’s Southeast Campus.  It is CRN #47519 and more information can be found here.
